By accessing and using Compact Flow ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates must promote offers honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Misleading advertising, spam, or fraudulent conversions are prohibited and may result in account termination.
5. Brand Obligations
Brands must provide accurate offer details, honour agreed commissions, and maintain the quality of their products or services.
6. Platform Fees
Compact Flow charges a tiered commission on earnings. Premium members (£999/month) are exempt from platform fees. Fees are deducted at the time of cashout.
7. Payments
Cashout requests are processed after admin review. Payment timelines depend on the chosen method. We are not liable for delays caused by payment providers.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for illegal activities, to infringe intellectual property, or to harm other users. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting support.
10. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee earnings or specific results.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
